To strengthen internal communication and mutual learning within the association, promote collaborative development across the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and gain firsthand insights into advanced management practices from outstanding enterprises, on August 21, 2026, the Ningbo Lighting Electrical Appliance Industry Association successfully held its themed sharing salon “Visiting Supervisory Member Enterprises” at Ningbo Duolipu Industrial & Trading Co., Ltd. This event also served as an important gathering for the association’s Board of Supervisors, led by Chairperson Huang Xiaoyan. Supervisory board members, heads and senior executives of member enterprises, and key business personnel gathered together for on-site visits and discussions about the industry’s future.

In-Depth Visit to Experience the Charm of “Smart Manufacturing”
At 10 a.m., the event officially commenced. Ningbo Duolipu Industry & Trade Co., Ltd., a long-standing supervisory board member unit of the association, attached great importance to this event and warmly welcomed all participants. During the discussion session, General Manager Zhou Mengjun of Duolipu provided a detailed introduction to the company's development journey and core strengths. According to Mr. Zhou, Duolipu was founded in 2006 and is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of electronic energy-saving lamps, LED lighting products, and more. The company owns the “TULIP” brand, and its products are exported worldwide. Duolipu currently holds multiple core patents, demonstrating its profound expertise in LED lighting technology.
Subsequently, accompanied by Mr. Zhou, the delegates toured Duolipu’s production workshop. Inside the spacious and well-lit facility, advanced equipment such as automated assembly lines, SMT machines, and reflow soldering systems operated efficiently. The refined on-site management and orderly workflow left a deep impression on all visitors. As they walked through the facility, participants actively observed, asked questions, and learned, offering high praise for Duolipu’s achievements in manufacturing upgrades and quality control.

Supervisory Board Oversight Strengthens Organizational Development
This event served not only as a platform for learning and exchange but also as a critical component of the Supervisory Board’s duties. During the event, Chairperson Huang Xiaoyan stated that leading this visit to a former supervisory board member unit aims to carry forward exemplary practices. At the same time, the Supervisory Board took this opportunity to evaluate prospective supervisory membersconducted preliminary inspections, injecting fresh blood into the sustained and healthy development of the Association's Supervisory Board. Through on-site visits and in-depth discussions, attending representatives gained a more intuitive understanding and stronger confidence in the Association's organizational development and cultivation of reserve talent.

Roundtable Discussion to Jointly Plan Industry Development
Following the on-site visit, a lively roundtable discussion was held. During the meeting, the association introduced the initiative of building a “Credit Chamber of Commerce” to participating enterprises, emphasizing the importance of establishing an industry credit system in optimizing the business environment and promoting healthy, orderly industry development.
In the subsequent interactive session, enterprise leaders and executives spoke freely, engaging in in-depth discussions on topics such as industry outlook, current challenges, new strategies for e-commerce operations, and financial service support. All agreed that, given the complex and ever-changing market environment, Ningbo lighting enterprises must strengthen collaboration, share resources, leverage complementary strengths, and jointly seize new opportunities for industry growth.
The themed salon “Visiting Supervisory Member Units” concluded successfully in a pragmatic, efficient, and harmonious atmosphere. The event not only deepened mutual understanding among member enterprises but also further solidified consensus on industry development. Going forward, the Ningbo Lighting Electrical Appliance Industry Association will continue to serve as a bridge and纽带, organizing more high-quality exchange activities to support the high-quality development of its members.
