In response to industry development needs and to enhance the core competitiveness of lighting professionals, thereby supporting the construction of a specialized talent pool in the sector, the Ningbo Lighting Electrical Appliance Industry Association will jointly organize an Advanced Lighting Designer (Lighting Engineer) Training Program with Guangya Lighting Research Institute and Ardingly Training Center.
This training program brings together top experts from fields such as urban lighting planning, cultural tourism night tours, new media art, AI design applications, and interior space lighting. Leveraging the instructors’ professional strengths and aligned with the latest industry trends, this curriculum has been structured around a “comprehensive, practice-oriented, and forward-looking” framework covering core areas and emerging directions in lighting design. The program ensures that participants can immediately apply what they learn—and excel at it. Emphasis is placed on practical application: AIGC modules offer step-by-step guidance using mainstream tools; drone-related sessions support license application processes; and cultural tourism night tour modules provide in-depth case studies of landmark projects like the Hangzhou Asian Games and Huangpu River waterfront illumination upgrades—ensuring participants gain not just theoretical understanding but also mastery of key implementation skills.
