Meeting of Full-time and Part-time Secretaries-General
On the morning of April 8, the Ningbo Lighting Electrical Appliance Industry Association held a meeting of full-time and part-time secretaries-general at Kanghui Lighting Company. Ms. Chen Caiyue, the Party Building Advisor of the Association, participated in the entire meeting. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Wang Mingkai, Secretary-General of the Association, who systematically reviewed the annual key work plan approved by the Council earlier in the year and provided a detailed report on the Secretariat’s work arrangements for this year. According to the plan, the Association will organize a total of 81 activities throughout the year, including enterprise visits, exhibition participation, industry chain matchmaking, export product selection, training salons, and more, aiming to serve member enterprises comprehensively and at multiple levels, and to promote resource sharing, information exchange, and collaborative development within the industry.
Regional Member Enterprise Forum
In the afternoon of the same day, the Secretariat of the Ningbo Lighting Association continued its fieldwork in the Liangnong area of Yuyao City and organized a regional member enterprise forum at Zhejiang LiaoJia Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Ms. Chen Caiyue, the Party Building Advisor, continued to participate fully in the research and discussion, further listening to enterprise feedback and building consensus on development. Attendees first visited LiaoJia Intelligent Technology’s showroom, where company representatives introduced their journey from traditional road lighting to becoming an integrated “multi-pole-in-one” solution provider, and further evolving toward “light connecting everything” and integration with low-altitude economy applications. The company also showcased multiple night-economy cultural tourism projects implemented in downtown Yuyao, Shipo Town in Xiangshan, Wenzhou city center, and other locations, demonstrating innovative applications and practical achievements of lighting technology in smart cities and cultural-tourism integration.

During the subsequent discussion session, representatives from member enterprises—Liaoning Lighting, Mingyou Optoelectronics, JunTaiShengHe (Ningbo) International Trade, Xingxing Hardware, Kanghui Lighting, and Shengjie Lighting—respectively introduced their current business operations, development highlights, and challenges faced, and engaged in lively discussions on industry trends, technical collaboration, and market expansion. Secretary-General Wang Mingkai informed participating enterprises about the Secretariat’s specific work plans and implementation pathways developed in alignment with the Council’s directives, and sincerely requested active cooperation, participation, and valuable suggestions from all enterprises. Ms. Chen Caiyue emphasized during the forum that the Association must always uphold Party leadership, deeply integrate Party-building work with industry development, and leverage high-quality Party-building to drive high-quality growth in the lighting industry. Attendees expressed strong agreement with the Association’s pragmatic, efficient approach and comprehensive activity planning, and unanimously pledged full support for the Association’s initiatives to jointly advance high-quality development of Ningbo’s lighting industry.
Conclusion
This tightly scheduled “morning deployment, afternoon field research” format reflects the Ningbo Lighting Association’s service-oriented approach of maintaining close ties with enterprises and efficiently advancing work. Ms. Chen Caiyue’s full-day, in-depth involvement in the Association’s activities fully demonstrates the Party organization’s strong emphasis on and effective guidance of industry associations. The Association will continue to leverage its role as a platform and bridge, supporting enterprises through a series of well-executed activities to open new opportunities amid changing circumstances and pursue innovation through integration, collectively writing a new chapter in the development of the lighting industry.
