Currently, competition in the lighting industry is intensifying. Traditional offline customer acquisition and conventional channel marketing models are experiencing stagnant growth, while issues such as fragmented traffic, high customer acquisition costs, and low conversion efficiency have become core challenges hindering Ningbo lighting enterprises from upgrading and expanding their markets. To help member companies seize opportunities presented by artificial intelligence and digital marketing, unlock new customer acquisition pathways, reconstruct omnichannel marketing systems, and enhance core market competitiveness, the “AI+5C Omnichannel Customer Acquisition Training Camp,” meticulously planned and organized by the Ningbo Lighting Electrical Appliance Industry Association, was successfully held at Zhejiang University Ningbo Institute of Technology on June 2–3. The two-day training event concluded successfully. Focusing specifically on marketing scenarios unique to the lighting industry and emphasizing practical implementation, this camp attracted over 60 member enterprises and more than 100 participants—including senior executives, marketing leads, and operations specialists—creating an atmosphere of intense learning, active exchange, and fruitful outcomes throughout.

This training camp closely aligned with lighting industry development trends and real-world business pain points, innovatively integrating AI-powered technologies with the 5C omnichannel marketing framework. Moving beyond traditional theoretical or generic training formats, it delivered a specialized, practice-oriented curriculum tailored for the lighting sector. Centered on real industry cases, traffic strategies, and customer acquisition techniques, the program covered core topics including AI-generated content, omnichannel traffic orchestration,精细化 customer operations, and sustainable private-domain growth—providing targeted solutions to common challenges faced during marketing transformation.

During the training, instructors combined the unique characteristics of the lighting market with numerous real-world benchmark cases to clearly deconstruct the foundational logic of AI-driven marketing. They demonstrated practical applications of various efficient AI tools for customer acquisition, content creation, and data analysis, enabling participants to quickly master cost-effective, high-efficiency intelligent customer acquisition techniques. In parallel, instructors provided in-depth interpretations of the new 5C omnichannel marketing model, systematically explaining how lighting enterprises can build tailored omnichannel marketing systems that break down online-offline barriers and achieve precise traffic capture, efficient conversion, and long-term customer retention.

Unlike traditional one-way lecture formats, this camp adopted a diversified teaching approach combining theoretical instruction, case breakdowns, hands-on exercises, group discussions, and live Q&A sessions. Participants listened attentively, took detailed notes, actively engaged in group discussions, case reviews, and practical drills, and proactively consulted instructors about their own companies’ marketing realities and operational challenges. Instructors precisely diagnosed common industry issues—such as insufficient traffic precision, monotonous marketing content, and slow new-customer expansion—and offered actionable solutions, providing clear, implementable roadmaps for marketing optimization. Attendees also exchanged insights, shared resources, and sparked new ideas through peer collaboration, fostering collective industry synergy and mutual empowerment.

After two days of immersive, systematic learning, all participants successfully completed the full curriculum and graduated. Attendees unanimously praised the camp as highly practical, deeply relevant, and exceptionally targeted—helping them transcend traditional marketing mindsets. They not only gained a systematic understanding of the AI+5C omnichannel marketing model and its hands-on methodologies but also broadened their digital marketing perspectives and resolved long-standing customer acquisition bottlenecks. Many expressed that the training offered strong strategic guidance for optimizing their companies’ marketing systems and exploring new markets, and they hoped the association would continue organizing more high-quality, industry-specific, and trend-aligned training programs to sustainably empower enterprise growth.

As a core bridge connecting government, industry, and enterprises, the Ningbo Lighting Electrical Appliance Industry Association has always prioritized empowering industrial upgrading and supporting enterprise development. By continuously focusing on industry pain points and enterprise operational challenges, the association persistently builds platforms for learning, resource alignment, and capability enhancement. The successful hosting of this AI+5C omnichannel customer acquisition training camp has effectively helped local lighting enterprises iterate their marketing mindsets, upgrade marketing models, and enhance marketing capabilities—injecting fresh momentum into the industry’s digital transformation and market-driven innovation.

Moving forward, the association will continue to deeply understand industry needs, keep pace with the waves of digitalization and intelligent development, and consistently deliver diversified, professional, and practice-oriented empowerment activities focused on key areas such as technological innovation, brand building, marketing, and talent development—to precisely assist member enterprises in breaking through constraints, improving quality, and enhancing efficiency, thereby driving high-quality and sustainable development of Ningbo’s lighting electrical appliance industry cluster.
