[Party Building News] Party Building Leads to Unity and Joint Development – Ningbo Lighting Electrical Appliance Industry Association Party Branch Holds Joint Party Building Activity

To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, fully leverage the leading role of Party building, and promote cross-industry and cross-regional resource sharing and win-win cooperation, on the afternoon of July 21, the Party Branch of the Ningbo Lighting Electrical Appliance Industry Association jointly held a joint Party building activity titled “Party Building Leads to Unity and Joint Development” with the General Party Branch of Qiaotouhu Subdistrict Chamber of Commerce in Ninghai County, the Party Branches of Guiyang, Fuzhou, Chongqing, and Chun’an Chambers of Commerce in Ningbo, at Ningbo Bulite Electrical Co., Ltd. The event was hosted by Gu Zhenwu, General Manager of Ningbo Qianfeng Zhenye Lighting Electrical Co., Ltd. and Vice President of the Ningbo Lighting Electrical Appliance Industry Association.

At the beginning of the event, Mr. Hu Zhenfei, President of Qiaotouhu Subdistrict Chamber of Commerce and General Manager of Ningbo Bulite Electrical Co., Ltd., personally led attendees on a tour of the company’s modern production workshop and product exhibition center. During the visit, Mr. Hu elaborated on the company's successful experience in implementing intelligent transformation and advancing technological innovation under the guidance of Party building. Representatives expressed high praise for Bulite Electrical’s achievements in the lighting industry, viewing it as a vivid example of the deep integration of Party building and enterprise development.

During the subsequent symposium, General Manager Hu Zhenfei stated in his welcome speech: “As a local enterprise rooted in Ningbo, we deeply understand that Party building serves as the ‘red engine’ for enterprise development. We hope this joint initiative will establish a platform for cross-industry and cross-regional collaboration.”

Wang Junkai, Secretary-General of the Ningbo Lighting Electrical Appliance Industry Association, emphasized while introducing the background of the event that this activity is a concrete practice of implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, aiming to achieve resource sharing and complementary strengths through organizational co-construction.

During the exchange session, Party secretaries from each co-building unit actively spoke. Huang Zhiyong, Party Secretary of the Ningbo Lighting Electrical Appliance Industry Association, stated that they would transform the outcomes of this joint activity into practical motivation and tangible results to ensure real effectiveness; the General Party Branch of Qiaotouhu Subdistrict Chamber of Commerce shared its experience with “Party Building + Industry” development; the Party Branch of Guiyang Chamber of Commerce in Ningbo proposed an innovative concept of using a “Red Bond” to enhance regional collaboration; other chamber Party branch representatives also discussed new pathways for synergistic development under Party leadership based on their respective characteristics. President Jiang Zhiming elaborated on the significance of joint Party building activities in supporting enterprises’ international expansion.

In a solemn atmosphere, the Party Branch of the Ningbo Lighting Electrical Appliance Industry Association signed joint Party building agreements with the five co-building units. According to the agreements, all parties will deepen cooperation in organizational development, Party member education, resource sharing, and business collaboration to jointly build a new framework of “Party-led, multi-party coordination, and collaborative development.”

Secretary-General Lin Dong of the Ningbo Social Organization Federation noted in his speech: “This event fully demonstrates the innovative vitality of social organizations under Party leadership and sets a new benchmark for industry collaboration.”

Deputy Town Mayor Ying Kai of Qiaotouhu Subdistrict Office stated that the subdistrict will fully support the joint initiative and looks forward to promoting high-quality regional economic development through multi-party coordination among government, enterprises, and society.

At the conclusion of the event, host Gu Zhenwu summarized and emphasized: “Moving forward, the Party Branch of Ningbo Lighting Electrical Appliance Industry Association will earnestly fulfill its responsibilities in this joint initiative and work closely with brother chambers’ Party organizations to focus on four key areas: first, strengthening Party leadership; second, building a shared platform—the ‘Association + Enterprise + Chamber’ cooperation platform; third, innovating Party building formats; and fourth, promoting regional synergy. This joint Party building activity, themed ‘Party Building Leads to Unity and Joint Development,’ is not only an innovative practice in Party work but also a new starting point for deepening cooperation and pursuing mutual development among all parties.”

This joint Party building activity, conducted through on-site visits, discussion forums, and agreement signings, not only enhanced mutual understanding among participating units but also laid a solid foundation for future in-depth collaboration. All representatives unanimously expressed that they will take this event as an opportunity to advance hand-in-hand under Party leadership and create a new landscape of win-win cooperation.
